What a great week. dna13 has been given a nod by leading technology analyst firm, Gartner as one of four “Cool Vendors in CRM Marketing and Analytics”. The report was released last week by CRM analyst Kimberly Collins and evaluates four vendors, naming dna13 as an innovative marketing vendor.
The area of PR/marketing automation and brand reputation management is not yet mainstream. The proliferation of online communities and micro-blogs is certainly forcing media/public/analyst/investor relations departments at global companies to take a good, hard look at their approach to measuring and monitoring their brand and reputation, so this report is timely.
